Matt has lived on Santa Fe, NM since 1991. Early on, he spent  years working in the Restaurant and Service industry while earning money to attend college. Nearly 20 years of living and working in Santa Fe – he knows the City of Santa Fe, he knows the locals.

SKILLED

Matt was formerly a licensed General Contractor. Though he no longer works in this capacity, his construction knowledge and his relationships with other builders and sub-contractors gives his customers a unique advantage when buying or selling a home.

EXPERIENCED

His volume of experience in the real estate industry, since becoming licensed in early 2005, is greater than many real estate agents will experience in an entire career. Rather than jumping into the business with no experience, Matt chose to spend his first 2 1/2 years working as an assistant broker to one of Santa Fe’s top realtors. This proved to be a very productive use of his time. Matt participated in more than 100 transactions, and helped close over 120 million dollars sales. Eventually, he was writing a significant percentage of the contracts, negtotiating  the offers, and representing many of the Buyers and Sellers.

PERSONALITY AND WORK ETHIC

To be a successful endurance athlete what would you expect? In his spare time, Matt has raced as a professional Ironman Triathlete and continues to race and train with the Amerikenyan Running Club. While many people can talk about their work ethic, this is quality that is inherent to successful endurance athletes. The same tenacity and work ethic that have helped Matt become a successful athlete, are the qualities that instill confidence in his clients when they have Matt on their side.

FOCUSED

The real estate industry continues to evolve. Technology, specifically the internet, is becoming the greatest tool for both Buyers and Sellers. In 2009 Matt decided to move his licence to Prudential Real Estate in Santa Fe. The company tag line is ‘The Future of Real Estate, Now!” Prudential is a company with great leadership and focus. The company sincerely supports their brokers efforts, and has a business model that is aggressive, insightful, and technologically ahead of the curve.
